Great massage and spa outlet to visit if you have sores or need a good wind down. First time here and it did not disappoint. Price is rather decent but still a bit high.However I have a small complaint. I'll give a 3/5 for the environment as I was stunned to see the wallpaper in my room partially exposed and loose. There's also a shower in the room that, on further inspection, wasn't connected to the pipes so it's just taking up space in the room. The back of the shower had broken concrete pieces and a hanger laid on the floor. Not the best sight to see when you're down to relax your mind and body. But I'll give a 5/5, even a 6/5 to my masseuse and the massage experience. She was incredibly strong and I had to tell her to use less strength. She asked me if I had any preference or specific spots she should target and I told her my shoulders and legs. She used all her might to rub all the pressure points and it felt like all the stress and tension came out as an exhale. One hour flew past really quickly. Overall good experience except for the condition of the room. Averaging it out to a 4/5 rating. Would def drop by again if I have the chance as I'm frequently around this area on weekends.

Tuina massage using a lot of strength and very fast/repetitive. It's not exactly relaxing but it will ease your tensions. You are free to feedback to them to lower the pressure. They will ask you to bear with the pain in order to release the tension. Masseuse was Mandy. Jessie is excellent! Strong force which can vary, and she glides her arm across when fingers get too painful. It goes deep enough to ease the knots and she can do back cracking too. Febe is also another of my favorites. She really knew to spot the knots and give relaxing and strong massage. Her head massage is to die for Vivi is impressive 🙏 strong and hard-working, great at spotting and ironing knots too.

The front desk receptionist / boss(?) wasn't suited to a service role. It felt like I was interacting with a disgruntled NSF pulling extra duty for the 5th time in a week. The masseuse was good though, friendly and checked on my comfort level (I did a one hour foot massage). Seats were large, but the pail they used to for the foot wash was on the tiny side. But the massage itself was good, and I walked out with relaxed legs. Overall, it's the not so good experience with the front desk that will deter me from coming back, I'd rather try their competitors down the road and see. Their prices would have risen in August 2020 anyway, according to the notice on the reception counter.
